Wet hair thoroughly. Dispense CLAY SHAMPOO into palm, then add water and work into lather to activate. Massage over scalp, adding water as needed to increase lather. Rinse well. Follow with Step 2 for best results.

"This Refuge line is incredible, but this particular product is an absolute game changer for my shower routine. The Nourish + Grow Clay Shampoo smells incredible and gets my hair feeling cleaner and healthier than anything I've ever used. The day after use, my hair feels unlike anything I've felt before! Moisturized, soft, and healthy. The fact that it's a concentrate is amazing; I use much less of this shampoo than other shampoos I've used, which means the bottle lasts FOREVER. And although it is a concentrate, it lathers so well. Other shampoos can some times feel oily, but you can feel this cleaning the hair in the moment. After rinsing, I feel I'm left with a "clean slate" that's ready to be hydrated with the Step 2 of this product line. My scalp also feels so incredible after using this. No build-up or dryness. I highly recommend the entire Nourish + Grow system, but the shampoo is a amazing place to start."
